Maintenance Support

In order to have an optimum maintenance of your Kaldeera solution, we strongly recommend a Maintenance Support contract with one of our certified business partners. In most cases, these are the same partners who will complete the integration of Kaldeera products for you. The services include:

  • Regular updates and security checks.
  • Backup copies and recovery processes for critical cases.
  • Final user's common operational questions support .
  • System improvements according to new requirements, such as new users, reports or small customizations.

In addition, the maintenance contract should include a Kaldeera Professional Subscription. This is the only way to ensure both Kaldeera and your partner will offer you suitable support. Kaldeera cannot provide any type of support or implementation warranty without the Professional Subscription contract.
